Mediterranean finca for 8 people with a large pool area and distant sea views in the south of Mallorca

The finca "La Paz" for 8 people is located between Ses Salines and Santanyí in the south of Mallorca on a plot of around 15,000 m². A defining feature of the finca is the extraordinary pool area with a curved pool and an integrated palm island. Sun terraces, garden areas and various seating and relaxation zones are arranged around the pool. The outdoor area is complemented by several terraces, a barbecue area, a bocce court and a small traditional inner courtyard. From parts of the property the view stretches across the surrounding landscape to the coast. Inside, the finca is presented in the traditional Mallorcan style with natural stone walls, solid wooden beams and warm colour tones. The open living, dining and kitchen area forms the heart of the finca. In total there are four air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. The location between Ses Salines and Santanyí makes this finca an ideal base for excursions in southeast Mallorca. Restaurants, weekly markets, natural beaches, small bathing coves and the region’s best-known beaches, including Es Trenc, Cala Llombards and the Mondragó Natural Park, are just a few minutes’ drive away.
