Child-friendly finca for 6 people with pool near S'Horta and Cala d'Or in southeastern Mallorca

Finca "Can Pere Joan" is located near S’Horta in the southeast of Mallorca and accommodates up to 6 people. On the well-maintained 3,500 m² property there is an 8 x 4 m pool with a sun terrace, surrounded by Mediterranean plants and fruit trees. A covered terrace as well as a separate barbecue area with a small outdoor kitchen provide plenty of outdoor space. Two swings, toys and the lawns make the finca especially appealing to families with children. Bright rooms, a modern and well-kept interior and some typical Mallorcan details characterize the interior. These include a living and dining area with direct access to the terrace and a fully equipped open kitchen. S’Horta is only 850 m away, so restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The bathing cove Cala Sa Nau is about 5 km from the finca; Cala d’Or and other beaches in the southeast of Mallorca are reached just as quickly. Vall d’Or Golf is only a few minutes away by car. The short distances to the town and the beach make the location particularly attractive for a finca holiday with children in southeast Mallorca.
