Villa Paulain Sa Ràpita, South

Holiday home for 8 people with private pool and a beach within walking distance in Sa Ràpita

Villa "Paula" is located on a quiet street on the outskirts of Sa Ràpita in the south of Mallorca and offers about 190 m² of living space for up to 8 people. The private 8 x 4 m pool sits directly in front of the covered terrace and is surrounded by sun loungers and Mediterranean planting. The covered terrace is divided into a spacious dining area and a separate lounge, providing two sheltered outdoor areas with views of the pool. A built-in barbecue complements the outdoor area on the roughly 600 m² plot. Inside, four bedrooms and three bathrooms are spread over two floors. One bedroom and one bathroom are on the ground floor, with three further bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floor. The bright, modern living and dining area is open-plan and flows into the adjoining, well-equipped kitchen. Large patio doors provide direct access to the terrace and pool. Light wood tones, natural materials and a wood-burning stove give the rooms a cozy character. The villa's location is ideal: Sa Ràpita, with its restaurants, cafés and shops, is within walking distance, as is the beach. The well-known natural beach Es Trenc is also in the immediate vicinity. This makes Villa Paula particularly suitable for families with children or families travelling together who want a beach-close holiday in Mallorca while also enjoying their own pool and plenty of space in a private holiday home.
