Therefore, we have included pets in our search filter alongside adults, children, and babies (pets must be specified in any case!). Upon arrival at the finca, you must leave a deposit in cash with the owner or manager at check-in. The amount of the deposit varies and will be communicated to you during the booking process. It serves as security for any damages.
We maintain a good relationship with the finca owners, all are cooperative and friendly. A deposit is not a "penalty," but is intended to encourage responsible handling of the inventory. The fincas and their furnishings are very expensive, the deposit is very low in comparison. Of course, something can always break, like dishes or a vase. In such cases, no owner will withhold the deposit. If you behave properly, you will receive the full deposit back.
You will receive the exact address of the finca once you have settled the remaining payment, at the latest 5 weeks before the start of the trip. The contact person on site with a mobile number will also be provided, who will welcome you at the finca.

Please plan your arrival so that you are at the finca promptly at 4 PM on the day of check-in! Our cleaning team needs a few hours to make the property and the finca spotlessly clean before you arrive. However, a quick call to our local contact person can give you an assessment of whether an earlier check-in is possible.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Our cleaning team will prepare the property and the finca after your departure to provide the next guests with a clean and cozy home. Please plan your departure so that you check out shortly before 10 AM.
If you are arriving late, please contact the host directly. All contact details have already been provided to you, and he is available at any time on the day of arrival. Don't worry, he will welcome you to the finca even late at night.
