We strive to make as many guests happy as possible and keep the occupancy of our fincas as accurate as possible. Normally, the calendar is up to date. We work with direct interfaces to the owner that keep our booking calendars current, but technical overlaps or delays can always occur. Therefore, we always work on request, meaning that the owner must give their OK for the booking after your reservation. This is for your safety. If an owner cannot confirm, we will always resolve this special case in your best interest; no one has to forgo their finca.
This means that the finca is registered for 6 persons, but only 4 regular sleeping places (in the form of beds) are available. The additional +2 persons must either sleep on a sofa or in an extra bed (provided the owner has one).
No. Each finca has a rental permit from the Ministry of Tourism, which specifies a maximum number of persons. The finca is registered with this occupancy number. A violation can result in you having to leave the house. So please only arrive with the correct number of persons.
Pets are warmly welcomed at Millorca! For us, pets are also guests whom we want to make as comfortable as possible. Therefore, we have included pets in our search filter alongside adults, children, and babies (pets must be specified in any case!). There are pet-friendly owners, owners who accept pets for a cleaning fee, but also allergy-friendly fincas where pets are not allowed. In case of doubt, just ask our care staff.
Upon arrival at the finca, you must pay a deposit in cash to the owner or manager at check-in. The amount of the deposit varies and will be communicated to you during the booking process. It serves as security for any damages.
We maintain a good relationship with the finca owners; all are cooperative and friendly. A deposit is not meant as a "penalty," but rather to encourage responsible handling of the inventory. The fincas and their furnishings are very expensive, and the deposit is relatively low. Of course, something can always break, like dishes or a vase. In such cases, no owner will withhold the deposit. If you behave properly, you will receive the full deposit back.
You will receive the exact address of the finca as soon as you have paid the remaining balance, at the latest 5 weeks before the start of your trip. The local contact person with a mobile number will also be provided, who will welcome you at the finca.
After booking, you will initially receive a booking confirmation via email with all relevant information regarding your booking: your chosen travel period, the total price, payment due dates, cancellation conditions, and important contact information. The deposit for a finca is 30% of the total price. It is due within 7 days after we have confirmed your booking. You can choose which payment method you would like to use (bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card) during the booking process. You will receive all instructions and payment details in your booking confirmation, and of course, we will assist you in this process. Once the deposit has been received by us, you will receive a deposit confirmation. If you have any questions about the payment process, you can always contact us.
A voucher code can only be used for bookings made after the announcement of the promotion and within the promotional period. Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply the voucher to bookings that were completed before the promotion was published. Please plan your arrival so that you are on time at the finca by 4 PM on the day of check-in! Our cleaning team needs a few hours to make the property and the finca spotless before you arrive. If you are arriving late, please contact the host directly. All contact details have already been provided to you, and he is available on the day of arrival at any time. Don't worry, he will welcome you at the finca even late in the evening.
