The extensive grounds offer plenty of space and privacy and, thanks to the numerous play and leisure options, are particularly well suited to families with children. The outdoor area is generously laid out and clearly focused on shared outdoor experiences. The large pool is set slightly elevated and a little apart in the garden, providing an unobstructed view over the property and the surrounding landscape. Sunbathing areas and seating are available around the pool. Directly adjacent to the finca is a covered terrace with a dining area as well as a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue area.
