With a total of 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (including several en suite), "Son Catiu" offers ample space for up to 15 people – divided among the charming houses "Casa Sa Mata," "Casa Piscina," and "Casa Principal." Each house has its own outdoor area with plenty of privacy, so all guests can enjoy their personal retreat while still experiencing a shared holiday. Two of the fincas – “Casa Sa Mata” and "Casa Piscina" – each have their own pool and air-conditioned bedrooms, while “Casa Principal” stands out with an especially spacious garden. Another highlight of the estate is the large private tennis court, which is exclusively available to guests of the finca “Son Catiu.” Thanks to the central location, you can reach Artà or Son Servera within a few minutes, both featuring charming alleys, weekly markets, and small cafés. The fine sandy Canyamel Beach is quickly accessible, as is the popular Pula Golf Course or the coastal town of Cala Ratjada. A day trip to Palma is also worthwhile – for culture, shopping, and culinary highlights.
