Just a few minutes from Artà, the spacious finca "Sa Font d’Alt" sits on a mature plot surrounded by palm and fruit trees. Its elevated position offers plenty of privacy and unobstructed views over the surrounding natural landscape. Despite the peaceful setting, Artà’s historic town centre, restaurants, shops and the weekly market are quickly accessible. In front of the finca there is a generous pool terrace with a 9 × 5 metre pool, several sun loungers and parasols. Right next to it are a covered terrace with a large dining table and a built-in barbecue. The extensive grounds also include a table tennis table, a pool-volleyball net and large lawns. The living space is spread over two floors with a total of five bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of them en suite. Hiking in the Parc Natural de Llevant, trips to the Castle of Capdepera or a round of golf at Capdepera Golf or Pula Golf can all be conveniently combined with a stay at this finca.
