Finca "Cas Sineuer" is situated on a well-kept plot in a quiet location near Artà and offers plenty of space for a relaxed finca-style holiday in the northeast of Mallorca. Palms, fruit trees and expansive lawns shape the outdoor area and provide pleasant privacy. The 8 × 4-meter pool with a pool volleyball net is surrounded by a large sun terrace with loungers and parasols. Right next to it, the covered terrace with a large dining table, a barbecue and a cozy lounge area invite you to enjoy time together outdoors. With a living area of 115 m², this finca combines traditional elements with a comfortable living ambience. Exposed wooden beams, terracotta tiles and a fireplace give the rooms their Mallorcan character. The finca has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite, and accommodates up to six people. A fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in the bedrooms, heating and a fireplace make Finca Cas Sineuer a cozy place to stay outside the summer months as well. The finca is only a few minutes’ drive from the historic town center of Artà. Restaurants, cafés, shops and the popular weekly market are quickly reachable. Some of the most beautiful beaches in the northeast of Mallorca, including Playa de Sa Colonia de Sant Pere, are also only a short drive away. Those who want to explore the island actively can reach the Llevant Natural Park, the Castle of Capdepera or several golf courses in the area in a short time.
