Finca "Sa Bassa Seca" is located in a peaceful natural setting near Portocolom in the southeast of Mallorca and offers plenty of space for a finca holiday for up to 10 people on a plot of around 28,000 m². In front of the finca stretches a 50 m² pool with an adjoining lawn area and unobstructed views over the Mallorcan countryside. Right by the pool there is a large covered terrace with a long dining table and a grill, where even larger families or groups can sit together. Another covered seating area in the garden provides an additional shady outdoor spot. Around 260 m² of living space houses five bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of them en suite. The finca is comfortably furnished in the traditional Mallorcan style, with exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors and a fireplace in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen has its own dining area and direct access to the covered terrace. Thanks to the generous layout, Finca Sa Bassa Seca is particularly well suited for larger families and group trips with friends. Despite the quiet location, many destinations in the southeast of Mallorca are easily accessible. The popular beach Cala Domingos is only about 4 km away. The Vall d’Or Golf Club is also quickly reachable at around 5 km, while the harbour town of Portocolom with restaurants, a promenade and shopping facilities is about 7 km away. This means the finca is quietly situated in the Mallorcan hinterland while still within easy reach of beaches, the golf course and the coast.
