The finca "La Cabana" for 8 people is quietly situated between S'Horta and Portocolom in the southeast of Mallorca on a spacious plot with a Mediterranean garden and plenty of privacy, making it particularly suitable for families or groups of friends/couples. The sheltered patio between the main house and the guest house gives the finca a special Mediterranean character. The outdoor area is generously laid out and offers several seating areas around the 50 m² saltwater pool. Sun loungers, a covered terrace with a large dining table, a lounge area and a barbecue area create ideal conditions for long days outdoors. Mediterranean plants, palm trees and small, quiet garden areas provide pleasant privacy. For children there is a small playground with a swing and slide, while the table tennis table offers additional entertainment for young and old. Inside, the finca is bright, well cared for and modernly designed. The kitchen, dining area and living room in the main house are open-plan, creating a spacious living atmosphere. On the upper floor of the main house there are three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, freestanding bathtub and separate shower. Two further bedrooms are fitted with double beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and access to the large terrace with views across the countryside to the sea. Next to the main house is the separate guest house with its own bedroom, bathroom, living area, small kitchen and private terrace. This makes the finca especially suitable for families or groups of friends/couples who want to spend time together while also enjoying opportunities to retreat. Finca "La Cabaña" is only a few minutes from the coast. Beaches such as Cala Marçal or Cala Sa Nau, as well as restaurants, shopping and the harbor of Portocolom, are quickly reachable. The Vall d’Or golf course is also a short distance from the finca, making the house an ideal base for relaxed holiday days in southern Mallorca. Note: The air conditioning units in the bedrooms are available from 20:00 to 08:00. Youth groups under 25 years of age are not permitted.
