One of the bedrooms has a double bed and an additional single bed - ideal for parents with a child. The rooms are bright, inviting, and combine rustic coziness with modern accents. In the outdoor area, you will find a private pool, a beautifully landscaped garden, a cozy barbecue area with a bar, as well as a Bali bed and a practical outdoor shower - perfect for long days under the Mallorcan sun. A special highlight is the large tennis court, which "Casa Piscina" shares with only one other holiday finca on the Son Catiu property - ideal for those who want to stay active on vacation. Despite its quiet location, you enjoy the comforting feeling of not being completely isolated. The surroundings invite you to go on small excursions: In a few minutes, you can reach the charming Artà or Son Servera with its weekly markets, cafes, and shops. The fine sandy Canyamel Beach is also quickly accessible - perfect for relaxed beach days.
