The finca "Guya" for 2 people is located near Cala Ratjada in northeast Mallorca and is one of the few holiday homes in the region from which Cala Agulla is within walking distance. An approximately 20-minute walk leads along the pine forest to the extensive natural beach with its fine sand and turquoise water. At the center of the outdoor area is the generous pool complex with a 50 m² pool, sun terrace, loungers and a daybed. The outdoor area is complemented by a private covered terrace with a dining area as well as a roof terrace with sea views as far as Cala Agulla, which becomes a favorite spot in the evening when the sun sets over the sea. The owners live on the same, very well-kept property, while the communal pool is located between the two houses and is only rarely used by the owners themselves. The property also includes two affectionate dogs belonging to the owners. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. The 65 m² natural stone finca combines traditional elements with a stylish and cozy interior. Exposed natural stone surfaces, wooden beams and warm tones characterize the living area. The accommodation includes one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen and a living area. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures even during the summer months. Cala Ratjada, with its restaurants, shopping and harbor promenade, is only a few minutes away. The combination of a peaceful setting and the Cala Agulla natural beach within walking distance makes this finca particularly attractive for couples who like to explore the area on foot or by bicycle. For more distant excursions, a rental car can be arranged directly on site.
