The finca "Els Nou Cortons" for 6 people is located in a quiet, secluded spot near Son Servera in the northeast of Mallorca, set within an extensive orange and lemon grove. Its elevated position offers unobstructed views across the countryside to the sea and creates a natural setting ideal for families who value peace, privacy and plenty of outdoor space. The outdoor area is generously designed. Natural stone surfaces, mature planting and open garden areas shape the overall impression. The approximately 36 m² pool is accompanied by sunbathing areas and various seating options. A covered terrace with a dining area and gas grill provides a dedicated space for outdoor meals. Quiet spots to relax can be found among the trees. For children, the hammock and treehouse in the garden provide additional play space, complemented by donkeys in the neighborhood that bring the rural surroundings to life. Inside, the finca presents itself in a traditional, well-kept Mallorcan style. Rustic elements, natural materials and warm tones define the atmosphere. The kitchen and dining area are connected, with the living area adjacent. In total there are three air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The location between Son Servera and Son Carrió offers good access to the east coast. Sa Coma, Cala Millor and Costa de los Pinos are a short drive away and offer beaches, restaurants and promenades. Porto Cristo, Artà and smaller coves such as Cala Petita are also suitable for excursions in the surrounding area.
