Finca "Can Sal" for 8 people is located near Ariany in the heart of Mallorca on an approximately 24,450 m² plot in an elevated position. From here there is an exceptional 360° panoramic view over the countryside to the peaks of the Tramuntana mountain range. The quiet inland location offers plenty of privacy and makes the finca an ideal base for discovering Mallorca between the north coast and the island's interior. At the center of the outdoor area is the 12 x 4-meter saltwater infinity pool with wide views over the landscape. Spacious sun terraces and well-kept garden areas are spread around the pool. The covered terrace with dining area and seating lounge offers direct views of the pool and the surrounding countryside. The outdoor area is complemented by another covered patio with additional seating. Inside, the finca is modern, bright and stylishly furnished. Large windows let in plenty of daylight and connect the interior and exterior spaces. The open-plan living and dining area flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen. In total there are four air-conditioned bedrooms and four bathrooms, each designed en suite to offer a high degree of privacy. One of the bedrooms has two single beds and is particularly suitable for children, making the finca ideal for up to 6 adults and 2 children. Ariany, with restaurants and shopping, is only a few minutes away. Playa de Muro and the Bay of Alcúdia are about a 25-minute drive away. The central location makes it easy to explore both the beaches in the north and the villages and landscapes of the island's interior.
