Finca "Aumadrava" is located in a quiet, rural setting near Pollença in northern Mallorca and accommodates up to eight people. Around the natural stone finca there are various areas for shared days outdoors. The 7 x 5 metre pool is framed by a terrace and a small lawn. Directly adjacent to the finca is a generously covered terrace with a dining table and lounge area, from which the pool is always in view. A separate outdoor kitchen with a masonry grill offers another spot for shared meals. A table tennis table, basketball hoop, yoga mats and two bicycles provide additional entertainment. Inside, the finca is bright and modern. Five bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of them en suite, offer a comfortable layout for families or friends traveling together. In addition to the living and sleeping areas, a conservatory with its own kitchen is available, creating extra space during the stay. From the upper terrace there are views over the surrounding landscape. Just a few minutes’ drive away is the old town of Pollença with restaurants, cafés and the popular weekly market. The Pollença golf course as well as the beaches around Port de Pollença and the Bay of Alcúdia are also within easy reach. At the same time, the area around the finca offers plenty of nature and a lovely view of the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana.
